This year-round retreat boasts spacious, well-lit, and architecturally pleasing interiors, offering a variety of entertainment options. It features a mini water park with a 25 m2 pool, Roman steps, and a counter-current system, a whirlpool, and a sauna. The house also has an activity room with billiards, air hockey, table football, darts, and table tennis. The cozy living room overlooks the garden and includes a wood-burning oven, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, satellite TV with German/Scandinavian channels, a stereo system with CDs, and a PlayStation 2. The house is also equipped for film screenings and conferences with its built-in screen and projector system, and offers free Wi-Fi. For children, there\\'s a play loft with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, children\\'s furniture, and a toy car mat. The house is child-friendly with a high chair, cot, sandbox, and swing set in the large natural plot. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
