10 Accommodation and Reception. The reception is located at Gli Stazzi La Pietraia and is open from 17:00 to 20:00. For arrivals after 20:00, an additional fee of €30 will be charged, which must be arranged in advance.

Badesi. The holiday flat is located in a hotel complex, on an open plot with lawn and shrubs. Nestled in the Mediterranean maquis and built of stone in the characteristic style of the old Gallura “stazzo”, Mare di Ginepri consists of single-storey buildings that blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape; featuring generous spaces that offer a natural environment of rare beauty. The flats are spread across several buildings in keeping with the old rural settlements and are located near a swimming pool and a sunbathing lawn surrounded by lush vegetation. This relaxing environment in close contact with nature, WITHOUT services such as Wi-Fi, television or air conditioning, offers an experience of relaxation and detachment from everyday life. Access is via a field or forest track. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. From the reception in La Pietraia to Mare di Ginepri it is about 450 m of gravel road.

Heating; electric cooker €15 per day. The apartments are equipped with a fan. No TV.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late October, 5 m x 10 m, 1.5 m deep). Solarium area with sun loungers.

Shopping 3 km, restaurant 3 km, town centre 3 km. A car is recommended for a relaxing holiday. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 3 km in Badesi. Airport in Olbia 75 km. In summer: Swimming opportunities (beach 300 m in Badesi with sand).
