Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, this unique 4 m² tiny house accommodates up to 2 guests in a single room.



The bathroom and toilets are shared and located outside.



Enjoy the shared garden, your open terrace, and the communal heated outdoor pool. You also have access to shared leisure facilities: barbecue, pool table, table tennis, playground, fitness equipment, and tennis court.



A barbecue, garden furniture, and dishes are provided for a pleasant stay. Bicycles can be rented for a full or half day.



A shared on-site parking space for 1 vehicle is included, and 1 pet is allowed, kept on a leash on the property. Parties are not permitted. Self check-in makes your arrival easy.



For an extra fee, you can access the sauna, request breakfast service, use the washing machine and dryer, or privatize the pool. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. The site is monitored by video surveillance in common areas, except pool areas. You are responsible for your pet’s cleanliness in the accommodation and shared spaces.
