With approximately 65 square metres of living space, Trollhus accommodates up to four guests. It is particularly well suited for couples, small families or travellers looking for a traditional holiday home in a natural setting.
The living area is cosy and features a fireplace that creates a pleasant atmosphere, especially during the cooler months. A television with German channels and Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen is functionally equipped for self-catering stays, and a washing machine is also provided.
Trollhus offers two separate bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements and privacy. The bathroom is practical and designed for everyday holiday needs.
The garden belongs exclusively to the house and invites guests to spend time outdoors. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available, allowing guests to enjoy meals outside or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The area around Alsterbro is quiet and non-touristic. Walks through forests, trips to nearby lakes or relaxing days close to nature are all easily possible. Shops and small towns can be reached within a short driving distance.
The German owners live next door and are available as local contacts if needed.
A security deposit of 100 euros is required. During the winter season from October to April, electricity is charged according to consumption at 0.40 euros per kWh and settled on site. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.
