The holiday apartments are located in the Spadici district, just 350 metres from several beaches, sports facilities and restaurants. The old town of Porec is only a 15-minute walk along the coast. The house offers a total of two holiday apartments, each accommodating up to three people. The landlord lives on the first floor. The holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is approx. 28 m² in size and has a living-dining room with kitchen, satellite TV and a pull-out couch for one person, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC and a beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture. WiFi and air conditioning are available and included in the price.
