This Scandinavian-style 1½-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the Olympiahafen and offers a modern atmosphere for relaxation, complete with a large balcony facing the lake.

This vacation rental was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2020. With a total area of 51 square meters, the apartment is equipped to accommodate up to three people. Not only the fascinating view of the Kiel Fjord and the 12-square-meter balcony, but also the maritime accents throughout the apartment will make your stay a special experience.
A built-in half-height wall visually separates the entryway from the living and dining areas, giving the apartment a loft-like feel. The hallway features a storage closet and a wardrobe. Adjacent to this is the well-maintained bathroom, which features a toilet, a shower, and a sink, as well as a large mirror and dimmable lighting.
The floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment appear bright. Of course, you can use curtains to darken the apartment. The living area is spacious and features a cozy couch. It can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in just a few simple steps, providing additional sleeping space for one person. From the couch, cozy TV nights leave nothing to be desired: An LCD TV with USB and cable connections lets you enjoy your home theater experience even while on vacation. The vacation rental is also equipped with free Wi-Fi and a DAB radio.
Right next to it, a large wooden table with four comfortable chairs provides plenty of space—perfect for a meal together. The open kitchen, featuring a concrete-look countertop, is equipped with high-quality appliances. A ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, along with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, provide amenities that make you feel right at home.
Separated from the living area, the cozy half-room serves as the sleeping area for two people. The double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) fits perfectly lengthwise in the room. For your convenience, the room can be accessed from both sides of the bed, each with its own door.
The balcony, which spans the entire width of the apartment, is furnished with a table and chairs as well as an awning. Thanks to its east-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sunrise with a view of the fjord and have breakfast in peace while soaking up the sun to your heart’s content until noon.
Special Features
One building entrance away is another of our vacation rentals: “Dock 13.” The balconies of the two apartments are directly adjacent to one another. This can be an advantage for you if you need additional accommodations for a larger group. Please feel free to contact us!
Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation rental. This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is permitted on the balcony—thank you for your understanding. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. This apartment also comes with a parking space. There is also the option to store bicycles in a locked outdoor area.
