Location and View: The apartment is located on the 8th floor of Building G and offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea from the west-facing balcony. Enjoy the afternoon sunshine here well into the evening and be enchanted by the spectacular sunsets over the Baltic Sea. The beach is only about 300 m away and easily accessible via the promenade.
45 m² for up to 4 people: living/dining area with sofa, TV, DVD; master bedroom with an electrically adjustable double bed, children’s room with bunk beds/TV. Kitchen with a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Technical extras: TV, radio, electric TV recliner. West-facing balcony, Wi-Fi included, beach chair (May–Sept). Non-smoking, no pets, max. 4 guests. Beach approx. 300 m away, ideal for families or couples.
