The “Sommerwind” vacation apartment[nbsp] warmly welcomes you to the lively Baltic Sea resort of Timmendorfer Strand. With 80 square meters of living space, it offers plenty of room for 4 people. In just a few minutes, you can reach the fashionable town center with its exclusive shops, cafés, and restaurants. The spa gardens and the kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach are also within easy walking distance. The comfortably furnished apartment is located on a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac near Bäderrandstraße/B76.
The light-filled maisonette, featuring two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two balconies, spans two floors. Cheerful colors and a youthful, modern interior design create a pleasant atmosphere. On the lower level, you’ll find an open-concept living-dining area connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen. The furnished southwest-facing balcony is perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh sea air. Here, you can comfortably soak up the afternoon and late-evening sunshine. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, large double bed (200 x 200) and promises a restful night’s sleep after an eventful day of vacation activities. Opposite is a bathroom with natural light and a comfortable walk-in shower. A wooden staircase leads you to the upper living area. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed (160 x 200) and features a sitting area with a TV. A modern, spacious bathroom with a bathtub is directly adjacent to the bedroom and offers you the privacy you need. The highlight is the private access to the beautifully furnished rooftop terrace, equipped with comfortable rattan armchairs that can be adjusted to a reclining position. Every room has a window fitted with a screen, ensuring mosquito-free ventilation. Upon request, all living areas can be darkened with electric exterior blinds. An additional central control panel is located in the entryway. The temperature of the underfloor heating can be regulated separately for each room. Two TVs, a radio, and free Wi-Fi are included in the entertainment package. An elevator is, of course, available.
The lockable bike shed can accommodate two bicycles, and additional bike racks are available for any extra bicycles. Of course, an outdoor parking space is reserved for you. The rental rates are based on an occupancy of 2 people. For a third or fourth person, a surcharge of €10 per night per person will be charged!
