The "Kapitänshaus" was built in 1995 as a new construction on Cubanzestraße, very close to the marina.
The marina and the Baltic Sea beach are about a 5-minute walk away.
The 2.5-room apartment is located on the first floor of the building. On this level, you’ll find the kitchen-living room,
the bedroom, and the bathroom. You can wind down the evening on the balcony.
A staircase with alternating steps leads from the dining area to the attic, which has been converted into a bedroom.
Since this type of staircase requires a little practice, we therefore recommend this apartment for guests ages 8 and up.
A guest restroom is located on this level.
The outdoor parking space is located right next to the building.
You can store your bicycles in the storage room attached to the building.
