Excellent location and very clean and comfy! The bikes were in great shape and so easy to get around Watercolor and Seaside. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Amazing Condo!

We’ve stayed in the Watercolor community many times, but this trip/property is our favorite. Great, clean, nicely appointed condo with super convenient access to the beach club, beach, and Cerulean park. Will definitely stay here again!

Fun time at Watercolor

The central location was great. The MBR had a big owners storage closet that really limits its use to guests. The second bedroom is just a bed. Any guests using it have very limited space. The outdoor seating is nice but the AC units nearby sound like you are sitting on an airport runway.

Great place!

Pictures were very accurate. Great location and wonderful amenities at Watercolor. Will definitely stay at the resort again and would consider this property due to its proximity to everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful, clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and in close proximity to all the amenities of watercolor. We had a wonderful time riding bikes on all the many trails the property has as well as time on the beach and at the heated pools.

Quick walk to seaside. Pet friendly near the park. Cons:The condo was clean, but felt older...needs to be updated. Wish it had a nespresso machine. The hot water runs out quickly for the shower.

Wonderful stay

My husband & I (as well as our mini Goldendoodle) loved our stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable. Great, convenient location. Had everything we needed. We had some difficulty finding our bikes and 1 ended up having a flat tire… didn’t end up riding b/c not really doable with our dog. Good idea to check out bike situation when first arriving. Would stay again.

Watercolor Fall

What an amazing fall break! The location was perfect! Easy access to the beach and lovely strolls to ample food and shopping in both Watercolor and Seaside. The condo was crisp and clean with a definite southern beach vibe. Communication was excellent and condo was exactly as stated. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Watercolor!

This condo was exquisite! Loved that we could bring along our little doggie too. For a pet friendly rental, there were zero signs of previous pets. Perfectly clean! Loved it!
