Located in Saint-Étienne-du-Bois, this 270 m² holiday home accommodates up to 14 guests, day and night, in 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a TV for your relaxation. Two baby cots, two high chairs, and a barbecue are available for your family’s comfort.



Outside, unwind in the garden or on the terrace. The outdoor pool invites you to swim and is secured according to current standards: mesh fence, gate with two locks (top and bottom), and two certified alarms. Adult supervision is still recommended to ensure the gate is properly closed. The play area includes a trampoline for children’s enjoyment. You can also explore the 1.3-hectare meadow with sheep on the property.



On-site parking is available. A ping-pong table is provided for your leisure, and a tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away. Please note that events and dance parties are not allowed in the house or garden.



This former manor, surrounded by walls, is ideal for family stays. Its peaceful location on the edge of the village offers easy access to local shops such as a bakery, mini-market, and pharmacy. The beautiful beaches of Brétignolles la Normandelière and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie are only a 40-minute drive away.
