Located in the attic, this 2-room apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.
The cozy living and dining area features a comfortable sofa corner with a matching armchair, as well as a modern flat-screen TV for entertainment. The couch provides additional sleeping space for 2 people.
Step out onto the furnished balcony and enjoy the great view of nature.
The 50-square-meter living space includes, among other things, a separate country-style kitchenette with a full range of kitchen appliances. You’re welcome to enjoy your meals in comfort at the dining area.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet.
A brightly tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out this vacation rental.

Special Features

Two adjacent ponds round out the idyllic and peaceful setting. For the youngest Baltic Sea vacationers, a high chair and a portable travel crib (without accessories) are available for free use in the apartment.
A washing machine can be used in the communal laundry room in the basement for a small fee.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities and linens (ages 4 and up).

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
