Villa "Sos Monjos is a hidden gem, perfect for those who appreciate the charm of Artà. Built entirely of natural stone, this beautifully renovated villa exudes typical Mallorcan character.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
At its heart lies an idyllic courtyard adorned with climbing plants and fragrant lemon and orange trees. The lush vegetation invites you to indulge in fresh, delicious fruit and a variety of vegetables from the neighbouring patch during the harvest season. The outdoor area has a sun terrace that is seamlessly connected to the villa's natural garden, where you can relax in the sun or in shady spots and enjoy a refreshing drink. An outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue awaits you for culinary adventures on balmy summer evenings.
Enter through the wide entrance and discover a spacious living area with fireplace and satellite TV, perfect for cosy moments indoors. The high-quality kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, offers an open-plan design that flows into the dining area and onto the covered terrace. On the upper floor, you will find three cosy bedrooms that make for a relaxing holiday retreat.
The villa "Sos Monjos was built 250 years ago on the elevated edge of the mountain village of Artà and was completely restored in 2005. It enjoys an elevated, idyllic location to the west of Artà on a 4,000 m² plot with fantastic views of the green hills. The picturesque old town of Artà with its narrow streets, bars, restaurants and shops is within easy walking distance. There is a weekly market in the centre of Artà on Tuesdays. Several natural beaches can be reached in just 10-15 minutes by car.
