As you enter the extensive grounds of "Casa Roca", you immediately sense the tranquillity of the landscape. The unique charm of the area is enhanced by natural stone paths, inviting terraces and picturesque trees that create a romantic atmosphere.
Every day you will find a new favourite spot. Various seating areas offer shady nooks or unobstructed views, perfect for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings. A picturesque path leads from the house to the pool, which is on a lower level and offers breathtaking panoramic views. The gently sloping pool invites you to relax and offers plenty of space for your comfort with sun loungers. A barbecue area rounds off the outdoor experience.
Inside, the villa's design is warm and inviting, offering a blend of global décor and bright, airy spaces. The living/dining area, with fireplace and large flat screen TV, provides a perfect retreat. The traditional kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, making self-catering a pleasure. Upstairs, four elegant bedrooms, including a master suite, ensure a restful night's sleep. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres. The bathrooms are tastefully equipped with showers or bathtubs.
The finca "Casa Roca" is situated in an absolutely prominent location, with incredible views of the sea and Palma de Mallorca in the distance. The beautiful town of Puigpunyent, where you can do your daily shopping, is approx. 9 km away. Attractive day trips to the vineyards, golf, horse riding or a bicycle tour through the countryside, which is characterised by almond and olive trees, offer great excursion destinations.
