Explore the (still) unspoilt Majorca between Sant Llorenç des Cardessar, Petra, Ariany and Santa Margalida, where small bodegas offer excellent wines. Or take a hike in the hills and enjoy the view from the 473 metre-high summit of Calicant. The small town of Artà, with its romantic alleyways, invites you to stroll from café to café or to look for souvenirs, while the east coast between Portocristo and Cala Ratjada is characterised by a harbour atmosphere and a large selection of beaches Sun and wind, sun and ventilation, naturally included. Sea views and rural tranquillity The exceptionally designed Solivent tower villa is located just 4 km from tranquil San Lorenzo and only 5 km from Son Carrió. Here you will find traditional Mallorcan shops, a small supermarket, a bakery and restaurants.

If you fancy a dip, you can head to the beaches of SIllot, Sa Coma or Cala Millor - at a distance of just 10 km, you could almost say that the villa is close to the beach.
