From here, you can enjoy the view of the small but lovely pool, which is embedded in a spacious terrace area. It is equipped with comfortable loungers for extensive sunbathing. The surrounding natural stone surface of the building, together with the covered barbecue area, completes the picture of a perfectly relaxed holiday home with a city flair. Of course, there is also the dining area, which you can use not only for barbecues and to round off happy hour evenings, but also at the start of the day for a hearty breakfast. The family-friendly design is also evident in the play equipment for children and the table tennis table, which is fun for young and old alike.
Just like the outdoor area and Sa Coma itself, with its beach and cross-town promenade, the interior of Pomeres Nou also reflects a family-friendly design in the air-conditioned environment with central heating. The centrepiece of the uncomplicated house is the inviting living and dining area, which features floor-to-ceiling wooden windows, a mix of Mallorcan classics and a proportion of terracotta tiles, as well as a modern touch with lighting fixtures integrated into the ceiling and chic furnishings. On cooler days or in the evenings, the sofa area invites you to laze around or enjoy a lively games evening. A sliding door connects to the kitchen, which also provides direct access to the veranda. You have deliberately opted for self-catering on your holiday so that you can easily prepare the fresh, aromatic and tasty fruit and vegetables that you buy at the weekly market or at local producers' markets yourself and the fully equipped kitchen will be happy to help you with this. A high chair is of course available, as are two children's beds in two of the three double rooms. The quiet room with two single beds is perfect for the older children in the group, so two families can also enjoy a holiday together here. You'll want to take a luxurious bath in one of the two bathrooms with shower fittings - just take some time for yourself. After all, you are on holiday and can relax. You can do your shopping within walking distance and the same applies to visiting restaurants or bars, many of which are located directly on the attractive beach promenade. The sea and the beach are also within walking distance.
