If you prefer to stay close to the city with friends or family, consider Villa Los Abilios. This spacious holiday home is located on the outskirts of Palma, Mallorca, in a charming residential area.
The property has a private outdoor area with pool and shower, which is surrounded by a wall for added privacy. Relax on the various terraces, which are equipped with comfortable sun loungers, or enjoy the breathtaking views from the roof terrace. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue area are perfect for shared meals. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by a selection of Mediterranean plants. You can park in the garden.
Inside, the villa exudes traditional Mallorcan charm with dark wood, natural colours and rustic furniture. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy living and dining area, two uniquely designed bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the upper floor there are four further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a large bathtub.
Villa Los Abilios is located in a typical residential street on the outskirts of Palma in the west of Mallorca. The city centre is only about 5.5 km away and can be easily reached by bus. The beach Platja de Can Pere Antoni is approx. 10.5 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance.
Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 23 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
