The Feliz holiday home in the south-east of Mallorca offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. It is set in beautifully landscaped grounds and offers plenty of peace and privacy thanks to its secluded location. There are several covered terraces around the house for cosy meals at any time of day. A mobile barbecue is also available. The spacious pool area has a large sun terrace with various shaded areas. Right next to the pool is a small house with another cosy seating area in the shade. The upper floor of the country house has two large balcony terraces. From here you can enjoy views of the pool, the Mediterranean-style garden and the idyllic surroundings.



The interior of the holiday home is just as spacious as the outdoor areas. The ground floor is dominated by an open-plan living area. It consists of a central dining area, a spacious kitchen and two different living rooms with comfortable sofas. There is also a small desk for the home office and the house has a stable internet connection. This layout ensures that all guests will find several cosy retreats even when the house is at maximum occupancy. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers an additional dining area for 6 people. The adjoining covered terrace overlooking the pool is easily accessible from the living area. There are also two double bedrooms, a guest WC, a bathroom and a laundry room on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three further double bedrooms, two of which have access to their own large balcony. One of the sleeping areas also has its own bathroom. There is also an individual bathroom on this floor. Incidentally, the country house is also ideally equipped for holidays in the cooler months of the year. The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating; there are radiators on the upper floor. The Feliz holiday home in the south-east of Mallorca is located on a large, isolated rural plot 10 minutes by car from Felanitx. Felanitx offers good shopping facilities. The beautiful bays of Cala Sa Nau and Cala Mitjana are 26 minutes away by car. The picturesque harbour of Portocolom is 18 km away.
