You have access to a shared kitchen, private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, fan, washing machine, and barbecue.
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden and a large shared courtyard, perfect for relaxing in peace. Parking is available both at the property, in a garden protected by a gate, and on the street. Smoking is allowed.
The house is only 3 km from the sea and a short distance from the beautiful coves of the Gulf of Orosei, such as Cala Luna and Cala Mariolu. All essential services, including hairdresser, bakery, pharmacy, parapharmacy, and supermarkets, are nearby to ensure you a comfortable and convenient stay.
