Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 229: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

The modern, bright 3-room apartment 229 (approx. 41 m²), located on the 3rd floor of Building A (no elevator) and close to the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with a wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a glass display cabinet; and a dresser. From the living room, the large floor-to-ceiling window (French balcony) offers a wonderful view of the lively hustle and bustle on Strandstraße below.

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV as well as a radio with an AUX input and Bluetooth. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone induction cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The very cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a comfortable wicker armchair.

The separate and additional second bedroom features a comfortable single bed (80 cm x 200 cm), which can also be used as a double bed for two people thanks to its pull-out function, a nightstand with a lamp, and a spacious dresser.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains or pleated blinds.

The bathroom features a shower, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.
There is also a spacious closet in the hallway (containing cleaning supplies, among other things).

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.
A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. You can park your car for a fee in the parking space (No. 229) assigned to your apartment in the complex’s courtyard for a fee; your bicycles can also be parked in the courtyard using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people. If more than 3 people are staying, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the 4th person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
