Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 249: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

This modern and inviting 3-room apartment 249 (approx. 43 m²), located on the 2nd floor of Building C (no elevator) and close to the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl design flooring with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack and wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright, modern living/dining room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony) features a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, a china cabinet, and various shelves and storage spaces.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs, as well as a radio and an MP3 player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A basic selection of books is also provided.

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. The kitchen area also features a small counter with 2 chairs for a quick snack in between meals.

The modern and very spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, two spacious wardrobes, and a separate sitting area with a couch, coffee table, and sideboard, and features another modern flat-screen TV. This room also has a large window wall with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The separate, additional second bedroom also features a comfortable single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and a nightstand with a bedside lamp.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains or blinds.

The inviting bathroom features a shower, a sink with a mirror cabinet and vanity, a toilet, a hair dryer, a large bathroom shelf, and plenty of storage space.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
