This flat was taken over by the owner in mid-2019 and extensively renovated. New furnishings, partly new floors, electrics, new heating and a new hot water supply were installed. A cosy large 180x200cm futon bed awaits you in the bedroom. From the sunny balcony you can look over a small stream to the neighbouring biotope. In the living room you will find a cosy round dining area, a comfortable couch as well as HD satellite TV, Wii games console, BD player and a hi-fi system for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill function and of course all cooking utensils. Coffee machine (Senseo), toaster and kettle are of course available. The bathroom with bathtub and skylight is bright and cosy. The sofa bed in the living room is large and comfortable with a lying surface of 200x140. An electric barbecue is available for summer barbecues.
In addition, the flat has Wi-Fi, smoke detectors, air purifier with Hepa14 filter, hand sanitiser dispenser, first aid kit and fire extinguisher as well as a bicycle stand at the entrance.
The flat is located on the upper floor and has its own outside entrance via a pergola, which is reached via a staircase.
