On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen and a wood stove, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.



Upstairs:

- One bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 2)

- One bedroom with a double bed

- One bathroom with a shower



The house is ideally located near remarkable sites such as the Tours de Merle and Carbonnières. It’s the perfect starting point for nature lovers: hiking, mountain biking, and fishing in nearby streams, rivers, and reservoirs.



You can also explore many picturesque villages nearby: Collonges-la-Rouge, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, Turenne, and Curemonte. The rental is on the doorstep of Cantal (Salers, Puy Mary, Lioran ski resort and its mountains) and the Lot region (Rocamadour, Martel).
