Holiday Home “Villa Ananda - Kerala Annex”

The annex (52 m²) is comfortable for 2 to 4 guests. The living area includes a kitchenette, dining space, and lounge. Walls and floors are wooden, painted off-white. Bedroom and bathroom are separate. Upcycled furniture has been repainted, and the décor is homemade. Quality insulation with eco-friendly materials keeps it cool in summer and warm on cooler evenings.



“Kerala” is near the woods and enjoys shade from trees in summer. The bedroom offers views of the river and jetty. The small terrace is popular, and surrounding plants provide privacy so everyone feels at ease. There are tables on the terrace and in the woods by the river.



The river isn’t fenced, so please inform your children. In all our years hosting, no incidents have occurred.

A spacious 2,600 m² garden welcomes you with two guesthouses, "Kerala" and "Kermessu," located at the end of a quiet lane in Capbreton. Perfect for a holiday on foot or by bike. The ocean and Capbreton’s lively center with shops are 1,200 m away, and Hossegor is 3 km away. The forest is just across the river. Both houses are built with eco-friendly materials in a fisherman's cabin style, featuring upcycled, repainted furniture for a relaxed vibe with views of trees and flowers.



Each guesthouse has its own garden space: "Kerala" by the woods—perfect for hot summers—and "Kermessu" near the vegetable patch. Relax on the riverside dock. A path winds through the forest and villa gardens to the beach. Enjoy bird songs in this peaceful setting.
