A very warm “welcome” to the beautiful FRIEDA vacation home!

For the most wonderful time of the year, you and your family will find a home away from home on the Baltic Sea in these two tastefully designed semi-detached houses, which invite you to relax, unwind, and let your mind wander. Both young and old have plenty of space in the house to retreat to this absolute oasis of tranquility and play games together in the shared garden.


The house was named after the owners’ grandmother, who purchased the property in 1961 and built a small cottage—for her children and grandchildren. Now the grandchildren have lovingly built this new vacation home and tastefully furnished the two semi-detached units, “Bude A” and “Bude B,” with great attention to detail.

Location

Just a 5-minute walk from the idyllic fishing harbor of the coastal town of Niendorf/the Baltic Sea, you can recharge your batteries at the “Ferienhaus FRIEDA” vacation home, built in 2022/2023. The nearest bakery is practically around the corner, and the beach is only about an 8-minute walk away—perfect for leaving the car behind. Experience a whole new level of relaxation in this vacation home and treat yourself to some time off with a generous dose of “the sea”!

We look forward to your visit to the Niendorf/Baltic Sea vacation home “FRIEDA, Unit B.” With space for up to six people, you’ll feel right at home in the five rooms spread across three floors and leave the stress of everyday life completely behind. Because now the focus is on: sun, beach, and sea!PGJyPgPGJyPgThe moment you step into the spacious entryway, you’ll feel the urge for pure relaxation. Plenty of space, bright living areas, and everything your heart desires.
Here, the whole gang can kick off their shoes and take off their jackets and set down their luggage after arriving—because once you’re in, it’s time to take off your shoes and head inside!
The spacious hallway of this semi-detached home is beautifully illuminated by natural light streaming in through the large windows of the living room.

The view extends directly into the adjoining living area. A comfortable sofa set—perfect for long game nights—a TV, and an open dining area with a high-quality, modern, and fully equipped kitchen await you and your loved ones. From the induction cooktop to the oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer—not to mention the generous supply of dishes and silverware—you can cook and bake to your heart’s content, and there’s plenty of counter space to involve even the little ones.

On this floor, the hallway also leads to Bathroom I, which features a toilet, shower, washing machine, drying rack, and towel warmer.

Bedroom I, featuring a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses) and a closet, is also located on the first floor.

One floor up—on the first floor—are Bedrooms II and III. Like Bedroom I, both offer a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses) for a well-deserved night’s rest, as well as an additional TV and spacious wardrobes where you can neatly store your luggage.

Especially on cold winter days or for that extra touch of wellness, you’ll find the spacious Bathroom II on this floor. With a toilet, a shower, three loungers, and the sauna as the absolute highlight, this Baltic Sea retreat leaves you with no choice but to feel right at home!

For those who like to retreat for a while to read or simply have a moment to themselves and are looking for an oasis of calm, a separate room on the second floor awaits, featuring a sofa set, a TV, and a place to unwind.

This tastefully furnished dream home is rounded out by the terrace adjoining the living area, facing north/northwest with access to the garden, which you share with the neighboring semi-detached house “Bude A.” Treat yourself to a moment in the morning with a cup of coffee and breathe in some fresh Baltic Sea air. While the children play in the garden around the beautiful walnut tree, you can recharge your batteries and enjoy a moment to yourself.

The living spaces, furnished with a lot of thought and even more heart, exude a cozy atmosphere and are sure to make you want to come back again and again.

Special features


A washing machine and a drying rack are located in thebathroom on the first floor.
The sauna in this half of the duplex is integrated into the bathroom on the upper floor.

Up to two parking spaces in front of the house are available for each half of the duplex.
The bike racks and charging outlets for e-bikes are located in front of the front door.




The vacation home is equipped with basic supplies, including one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets.
Accessibility
Our accessible apartments offer a high level of comfort for people with varying needs. To ensure this, we have evaluated various criteria that facilitate access and mobility within the apartment.
The apartment features level access from the parking lot to the unit. In addition, at least one bedroom, the living area, and a bathroom are accessible at ground level. The vacation rental also features a floor-level shower or a shower with a low threshold.
