Located in Ponthoile, this charming 80 m² holiday home welcomes up to 5 guests with 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, and family-friendly amenities including a baby cot and high chair for young children.
Outside, relax in your private garden and on the open terrace, offering a peaceful setting with views of the Crotoy bay. The enclosed courtyard provides a secure space where children can play safely and out of sight.
There are 2 on-site parking spaces for your convenience. Please note that events are not permitted on the property and pets are not allowed. A tennis court is just a 15-minute bike ride away, and Noyelles-sur-Mer train station is 2 km away.
The house is directly on a cycling path connecting Le Crotoy (4 km) and Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, allowing you to explore the area by bike without needing your car. Enjoy the tranquility of the setting facing nature, where local wildlife may surprise you in the morning.
