オレンジビーチのペリカンハウスへ���うこそ。 この3ベッドルーム、2。5バースの湾岸正面のデュプレックスタウンハウスには、裏側にビーチがあります。 リビングエリアの外に広がるバルコニーには、テーブルと美しいアラバマ湾岸に浸るためのたくさんの座席を含む、新しく更新された家具が置かれた居心地の良い屋外スペースがあります。 座席は4つの観覧用の椅子が含まれています2つはpollywoodであり、他の2つは木です。 居心地の良い、航海をテーマにしたビーチハウスは8人で眠ります。

特徴：

タイル張りのリビングエリアには快適な座席と50インチ薄型テレビが備わっています。 また、クイーンサイズベッド付きのソファーベッドがあります。
設備の整ったキッチンの白い電気器具。 2019年5月現在、フレンチドア付きの最新の冷蔵庫。
ダイニングエリアはタイル張りで、木製テ��ブルの周りに4席、朝食バ��に4席あります。
マスターベッドルームにクイーンサイズベッド2台、白塗りの竹の床、55インチ薄型テレビ、タイル張りのバスルーム、洗面化粧台、ダブルシャワーとバスタブが備わっています。 マスターはまた湾を見下ろすそれ自身のバルコニーを持っています。
セカンドベッドルームにはクイーンサイズベッドと40インチ薄型テレビが備わっています。 3番目のベッドルームにはツインベッドと32インチ薄型テレビがあります。 両方の寝室は白塗りの竹フローリングです。

Great view of the beach. In a land of high rises it was nice to have our own private beach access and view. The house was clean and everything was in working order. I would recommend this property.

All in all, the place was fantastic. My only complaint was the deck beach umbrella was broken and wasn't replaced during our stay. The road to the house could also be better marked.

Vacation with the Grandkids

Great location for small kids that you have to carry through the sand , it’s on the beach!!! Perfect place for a awesome vacation

Perfect condo for our stay

The condo seems very up to date with like new everything. Walk dow the deck steps and it’s 50 yards across the sand to the water’s edge. We loved it.

Fun family vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 8. Plenty of room , short walk out to the beach. Our only problems was with check in process. I was getting text wtih wrong check in instructions, this took us about an extra 2 hours to get settled, property host realtor didn't really care. Besides that the property was excellent!

Excellent Stay at Pelican House 1

Prior to our visit I had read reviews about bad check in processes. This was not the case for us. Check in was easy. We had someone contact us to make sure we knew when and where to check in and even had someone to contact us and let us know our unit was available early for an earlier check in. Everything was clean and up to date, and exactly as listed. Check out was just as simple. I would love to stay in the same unit again but even if it isn't available, we will use Brett-Robinson for our next stay.

I’d like to start this review with how perfectly located the location is. It’s tucked back behind a few complexes/other residences so the street is quiet but completely accessible to the main road. You can’t beat being directly on the beach. Just one set of stairs down from the deck and you’re on the sand. The beach isn’t crowded at all as bigger complexes are not immediately adjacent to this property. The property was a good size for 4 adults and 2 children. There is very limited necessities provided which is fine, but I didn’t think to bring coffee filters with my coffee so paper towels had to do. Small stuff like that but not the end of the world. Our biggest complaint was the master. The upstairs in general definitely did not cool off that great. The property directions ask you not to drop the AC below 70 because it will freeze up. It probably would have been ok but we were unable to use the fan in the master bedroom because it was extremely loud. Sounded like metal scraping against metal. We had 4 people sleeping in the master so needless to say we were all pretty warm up there and it was a decent inconvenience to not be able to use the fan. Owners should really look at changing the fan. Despite that, I would still stay here again. I loved the location and it was very clean and away from large condominiums.

First Orange Beach Trip

We’ve been to Destin, Clearwater, and other beach vacations. We loved the smaller city area and crowds. The house was as advertised and maybe 75 to 100 yards to the water. 5 minutes or less car ride to anything you need. Great experience. Thank you.

Pelican House stay.

We were very pleased with the Pelican House. We had everything we needed. Our only problem was the umbrella on the deck. It wouldn’t stay fastened and needs replacing.

relaxing visit....once we got there

There are no complaints about the property or accommodations. It's a little uncomfortable to be on the back deck the same time as other visitors since you are right on top of each other, but it is a popular place, so I get it. My issue was with the check in process. I never got an email or phone call about check in so I went to the townhome upon arriving only to find out I had to drive down packed, busy streets several miles back up the road just to check in. Had I known that beforehand, I could have saved lots of time and stress. It was already a 5 hour trip, then to have to backtrack for half an hour or 45 minutes was frustrating to say the least. That whole process could definitely be handled better.
