Hi Linda, I agree - great location - I don't think you can get anything better. Close to stores, restaurants and most importantly directly on the beach. No elevators. No parking issues. And the close proximity to the beach/sand is the best. I hope you'll come back next year. ~Christy

I agree - the direct access is ideal. And, parking at the front door and walking right inside Plus, you are never waiting for an elevator. It truly is Perfect. Christy

I have 4 girls and this unit was ideal when they were little. I could sit on the porch in the evening hours and let them run around in the sand. Plus, my baby monitor would work from the house to the beach so I didn't lose "beach time" when my girls were napping. I love the direct access to the beach, parking at the door and the best, NOT waiting on an elevator. Glad you had a great vacation. I hope you come back again. Christy
