The apartment features three bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a living/dining room with a kitchen that faces southwest, offering a beautiful view of the Leutasch mountains.
And if you’d rather spend the day exploring the surrounding area? Seefeld and other interesting tourist destinations, such as Innsbruck or Garmisch-Partenkirchen, are about a ten-minute drive away.
In the summer, enjoy leisure activities such as hiking, biking, or mountaineering; in the winter, take advantage of the Leutasch Valley’s approximately 250 km of cross-country ski trails. 
Skiers will also find plenty to enjoy. The Katzenkopf ski lift is located in the immediate vicinity.
