Important Note: The municipality of Binz is currently conducting road construction on the access road to the property (Schwedenstraße). As a result, the road is expected to be completely closed until mid-June. The adjacent properties cannot be accessed by car. However, you can reach the accommodation on foot via the beach promenade. In addition, there may be some noise disturbances.
