The single-story interior features a private TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Families will appreciate the children's books available during your visit.



Outside, relax in a fully enclosed, tree-lined 600 m² garden with complete privacy. The large south-facing tiled terrace is perfect for outdoor meals with garden furniture, while your private barbecue promises enjoyable grill evenings.



The villa offers 2 shared parking spaces on site, right next to the house. Please note that events are not allowed. You’ll stay in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic, and public transport is easily accessible nearby.



The location is exceptional: the sea is just 900 m away in every direction, bringing you close to beaches, the port, and Bois de la Chaise. The town center and beaches are within easy reach, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Enjoy water sports, swimming, fishing, and exploring the salt marshes.



Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are not included and not available as an option. Cleaning must be done by you.
