Apartment "Halvar" with Balcony and WiFi

The 55 m² apartment in the quiet Maasholm Bad area features two bedrooms, a bright living room, and a shower bathroom. The bunk bed in the upper area is not suitable for adults. A fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, private TV, heating in all rooms, and step-free interior ensure comfort. Families have access to 1 baby cot and 1 high chair (please request in advance) as well as convenient self check-in.



On your arrival day, the apartment is fully prepared with holiday linens: beds are made, towels, bath towels, kitchen towels, bath mat, and a wool blanket are provided. The cost for linens is included in the final cleaning fee.



Enjoy your private balcony with garden view, perfect for relaxing during your stay. A private grill is available for barbecues.



One parking space is available free of charge on the property. The apartment is also close to public transport. Bicycles can be stored in the shared garage. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



Dogs are welcome. A nightly fee applies per dog. An additional service fee is also available. Both fees must be paid before arrival.



The beach is just 1,000 meters away, ideal for walks and relaxing days by the water. A large playground is only about 200 meters from the house, perfect for families with children. The small harbor of Maasholm is a popular destination. Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Geltinger Birk nature reserve; trips to Kappeln, Schleswig, and Flensburg offer maritime flair. An information folder with important details and current leisure tips is provided. Cleaning service is available for an extra charge.
