Welcome to your modern vacation home in the heart of Kühlungsborn! Our light-filled attic apartment (4th floor) was completely redesigned and furnished to a high standard in 2026. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is the perfect retreat for families or couples.



The best thing about our apartment is its unique combination: you live centrally right on the lively beach road – but still enjoy absolute peace and quiet! As the apartment faces a small side street and is located at the very top of the attic, you will remain completely undisturbed by the hustle and bustle.



To ensure that your vacation starts comfortably and relaxed from the very first minute, you also have your own parking space in the parking garage. Park your car and enjoy your vacation!
