A 79-square-meter vacation home with a Scandinavian flair, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Großenbrode. With three bedrooms and a cozy alcove, the house offers plenty of space for 6–8 people. Your dog is also welcome here.

The vacation home is spacious, bright, and inviting. Large windows create a pleasant living atmosphere and invite you to relax.

With three adjacent bedrooms and the alcove, there are plenty of sleeping options available. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while another has two single beds. The alcove, popular with children and teens, offers an additional double bed. A crib and a high chair are also available. Two of the bedrooms feature modern smart TVs with streaming capabilities, so you can enjoy relaxing evenings watching TV there as well.

The open-concept living and kitchen area creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker. For coffee lovers, there’s also an espresso machine and a Tassimo capsule machine, so you can start your day just the way you like it.

The cozy sofa area invites you to relax, while the large dining table is perfect for sharing meals and spending time together. Entertainment is provided by a 65-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a stereo system with radio, and free 5G Wi-Fi.
From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs. Two sun loungers are also available, inviting you to relax in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The house features two bathrooms with heated floors. The larger bathroom also features a bathtub and a private sauna, offering the perfect setting for relaxing wellness moments. A washer-dryer combo rounds out the comfortable amenities.


Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
