This 79-square-meter vacation home, furnished in a Scandinavian style, can accommodate up to 8 people and two dogs. The vacation home is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated; large windows let in plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere. As a special highlight, a beach chair is available for your use on the South Beach from approximately April through October.

The spacious, open-concept living and kitchen area is the cozy heart of the home and creates a welcoming sense of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The large, comfortable sofa area invites you to relax, while the dining table, situated a little apart, is the perfect spot to enjoy meals and culinary delights together in a convivial atmosphere. The living area features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio. From here, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two lounge chairs are also available for your use. Children will also enjoy a handcart and sand toys.

The house sleeps up to 8 people, distributed among three adjacent bedrooms and an alcove. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one with two single beds. The cozy alcove, which is especially popular with children and teenagers, offers another double bed.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and heated floors. The larger bathroom provides direct access to the private sauna and bathtub. A washer with a dryer function is also available.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
