Vacation home with lots of space and charm on 90m² for 10 people

A very spacious and charming 90-square-meter vacation home near the Baltic Sea beaches of Großenbrode. Thanks to its well-designed layout, the house is ideal for families and friends traveling together. It’s ideal for a stay with up to 8–10 people and two dogs.

The vacation home is tastefully decorated in a Scandinavian style and is very spacious and bright. Large windows provide plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere. The four bedrooms are staggered throughout the house. A large bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with twin beds are located right next to the large bathroom, which features a sauna and shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—are located on the other side of the house. The alcove features two additional sleeping areas with a double bed, which are very popular with younger family members. A crib and a high chair are available in the house.

The open and central living and kitchen area serves as a cozy gathering spot for everyone and creates a spacious living experience. A very cozy sofa area invites you to relax, and the large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together and culinary highlights. The living area features a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio.

From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a large garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The two bathrooms feature underfloor heating. The larger bathroom provides access to a private sauna. Across-the-board amenities include a washer with a dryer function.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
