Gîte Le Pigeonnier with Enclosed Garden, Between Padirac and Rocamadour

Ideally located between the spectacular Padirac Chasm and Rocamadour, this 3-star gîte welcomes you to a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxation and exploration.



As you enter, you’ll find a warm interior, fully equipped for holidays with family or friends.



The property features a welcoming living area with a fitted kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, full tableware), a ground-floor bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a modern shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there’s a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds and an additional toilet.



Towels are provided and beds are made on arrival. Guests must clean before departure, otherwise a cleaning service is available for an extra fee.



Outside, enjoy the sunny terrace and enclosed garden, where your children and pets can play safely. The garden is ideal for tasting local specialties on the plancha. A washing machine is available in the basement and you have private parking for two cars.



Just 200 m away, extra facilities are accessible from mid-May. In summer, the Miers farmers’ market brings Friday evenings to life.



This is the perfect base to explore the Dordogne Valley, picturesque villages, caves, hiking trails, and canoe trips.



Gramat is 15 minutes away, Souillac train station 30 minutes, and the A20 motorway is just 30 minutes away.
