Villa les amourettes - ref 1000

Spacious villa located in a private park just 200 m from Amourettes beach in La Faute sur Mer. The house offers 4 bedrooms for 8 guests, 3 shower rooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill.



The fully enclosed 1,000 m² garden allows you to enjoy a peaceful holiday with your children. This tranquil home is perfect for a relaxing family stay.



Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included, but can be booked as an option for an extra fee.



The house is in a preserved neighborhood with rules to follow:

- All noise must stop between 10 pm and 7 am (horns, music, shouting, etc.)

- Barbecues are not allowed



Even if you book the cleaning option, please:

- Leave the house tidy

- Wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty)

- Degrease and clean the hob and plancha

- Remove all trash and waste



Keys are handed over at the agency between 4 pm and 6 pm on your arrival day. If you are delayed, please inform us before 6 pm.



Parties are strictly prohibited.



Only household waste should go in the bins and be put out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the local recycling containers.
