Enjoy 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms—perfect for hosting everyone together. The fully equipped kitchen features high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace for added convenience.



Outdoors, relax in the private garden, on the balcony, the covered terrace, or the open terrace. The private outdoor pool and outdoor shower are perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sunshine. You’ll also have a private barbecue for unforgettable meals outside.



Parking is easy: 4 shared spaces are available on the property, with additional options on the street. You’re close to the beach and public transport, making it simple to explore the area. One pet is allowed. No events permitted. Self check-in is available for your convenience, and children can enjoy shared toys and books.



In July and August, a minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday applies. For weekends and short stays, bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. No party bookings for groups of young guests and no speakers allowed.



The villa is exclusive in a peaceful area, ideal for relaxing, and well-connected to beaches, golf courses, and services like pharmacies, gas stations, and supermarkets.



The pool is open seasonally, from May to September. Two sets of keys are available, and thanks to the key safe, you’ll always have access.
