The BALU vacation home is a detached, 115 m² non-smoking vacation home in Hohenkirchen-Wangerland. With 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms, it offers comfortable accommodations for up to 8 people (maximum 6 adults). The location is ideal thanks to its short distances: the lake is just 100 m away, the beach is 200 m away, and restaurants and shopping are each 150 m away. The ocean is 1,500 m away. A car is not necessary, and for your arrival, there are 2 free parking spaces as well as a private parking spot and a carport available.

The living area features tiled floors, a cozy sofa corner with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV (satellite connection), as well as Wi-Fi and a radio. The dining area with a dining table is open to the living room and is complemented by a kitchen that opens onto the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Basic supplies are provided, as are bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels.

The house is heated via a heat pump with underfloor heating; smoke detectors and fire alarms are installed. A special highlight is the wellness area with a sauna and a bathtub featuring a whirlpool function for your personal use.
