On the first floor, with a level entrance, you’ll find a cozy living room with a kitchenette; two double bedrooms (180 × 200 cm) share a bathroom with a shower and toilet here. The upper floor opens onto a balcony with a stunning view: A large kitchen with an open-concept living-dining area leads directly outside, complemented by a separate toilet and another double bedroom (180 × 200 cm) with an en suite bathroom (shower/toilet) for maximum privacy. The attic features two double bedrooms (each 160 × 200 cm) that share a bright bathroom with a shower and toilet; a desk provides a quiet place to work or write. The basement is accessible exclusively via an outdoor staircase and, with a double bedroom (180 × 200 cm) and an en suite bathroom (shower/toilet), serves as a private retreat. Here, a sauna, a sunken, secluded terrace with a hot tub, and a lounge with a kitchenette also invite you to relax; a common room with a foosball table rounds out the amenities.
