As soon as you arrive, you’ll feel it: here, relaxation is the top priority. From the first floor, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally beautiful view of the sea and the beach—ideal for anyone who likes to have the water in sight at all times—whether you’re having breakfast or winding down the day on the balcony with its patio furniture.

With 42 m² of space, the apartment offers a harmonious layout with a total of 2 rooms: a separate bedroom, a cozy living area with a sofa nook, armchairs, and a dining area, as well as an open kitchen integrated into the living room. The amenities are thoughtfully designed for a hassle-free vacation: a ceramic cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, a separate freezer, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are provided, along with kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and dish towels. A starter kit is provided so you can get off to a relaxed start right away.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hot water.
