Our stylishly furnished 3-room apartment is located in the popular Wiedikon district in Zurich and offers a comfortable home for a limited time on 65 m². The accommodation is perfect for families, friends or business travellers who want to experience Zurich in a relaxed and central manner.



Accommodation:



The bright and spacious holiday apartment has two separate bedrooms with a total of three double beds and offers space for up to six people. The cosy living room invites you to relax after an eventful day in the city. Large windows provide plenty of daylight and a pleasant living atmosphere, while the private balcony offers additional space to linger.



The apartment is fully equipped so that you lack nothing during your stay. Free WiFi, a television, as well as an iron and ironing board are available, along with a hairdryer. Thanks to central heating, the apartment is comfortable all year round, and a lift in the building ensures convenient access, directly to your apartment.



The separate kitchen with a modern ceramic hob is ideal for those who do not want to do without home-cooked meals even when travelling. It has a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, oven and dishwasher as well as all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle round off the equipment and make the apartment suitable for both short and longer stays.



Environment:



The location of the apartment is a real highlight. You live right in the vibrant Wiedikon district with numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and cafés directly at your doorstep. For daily needs, you can reach the Migros Supermarket Schmiede Wiedikon in just a few steps. You are also excellently catered for culinary delights – popular establishments like Restaurant Falken or Pizzeria Con Gusto are practically around the corner.



The connection to public transport is excellent: The tram and bus stop is located right outside the door and Wiedikon railway station is just a few minutes' walk away. Zurich main station can be reached in a short time and offers ideal connections throughout Switzerland. You can find relaxation at the nearby Lake Zurich or during a walk along the Limmat. Zurich Airport is also conveniently accessible at a distance of around 10 kilometres.

Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
