The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas hob with extractor fan, and a coffee maker. Additional amenities are fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, fan, baby cot, high chair, and beach towels.



Enjoy the private garden with sea views, featuring both covered and open terraces—perfect for outdoor dining with the private barbecue. The private outdoor pool is 8 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 60 cm to 180 cm. French doors from the bedrooms and living room provide direct access to the garden.



Parking is available on the property, with extra parking on the street. One pet is welcome during your stay. Events are not permitted. Tennis and padel courts are a 5-minute drive from the villa.
