The Berolina Apartment 512 is located on the 5th floor, accessible via an elevator, and accommodates up to 3 guests. It features a living and sleeping area with a sofa and TV, direct access to a covered balcony, a pull-down bed (two single mattresses 90x200 cm), and a wardrobe. A separate sleeping room includes a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dining space for four and includes a dishwasher. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.

Guests can enjoy the communal facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool (15 m x 8 m, 1.20 m deep) exclusively for Berolina guests, and the laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) available on floors 1 to 4 (coin-operated). Pets are allowed for a fee, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

In the picturesque Berolina 512, guests are treated to a stunning view of the Baltic Sea from the covered balcony, perfect for leisurely breakfasts. The property is just a five-minute walk to the beautiful Dahmer Sandstrand.

Additionally, bicycles can be parked in dedicated storage areas. The property features communal laundry facilities on the lower floors. Guests are welcome to bring well-behaved dogs for an additional fee, while smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
