A warm welcome to the Treibgut vacation rental in beautiful Zinnowitz on the sunny island of Usedom! We’ve been warmly welcoming vacationers here for over eight years—perhaps you’ll be next?

Our lovingly furnished, non-smoking apartment, measuring approximately 60 m², offers the ideal retreat for two people, plus a toddler up to 2 years old, and is available year-round. Bright rooms, comfortable amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere ensure you’ll feel like you’re on vacation from the very first moment.

The living room invites you to relax with its cozy upholstered seating area, armchair, and sleeper sofa. Entertainment is provided by an HD LCD TV, digital cable TV (satellite system), a stereo and home theater system with a DVD player, and radio reception. Books, DVDs, and music CDs are also available for your enjoyment.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and many other practical kitchen gadgets. In the cozy bay window room, you can enjoy your meals at the dining area; a selection of board games ensures hours of fun here.

The bedroom offers restful comfort; smoke detectors are installed in the bedroom and hallway as required by law. The washing machine in the bathroom can be used for a small fee; please indicate if you’d like to use it when booking.

A special bonus is the partially covered terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. A parking space and access to a bicycle storage room are also available to you.

For our younger guests, we are happy to provide a travel crib—including a mattress and comforter—as well as a high chair (which can also be used as a play table) free of charge.

Please understand that we do not allow pets.

A security deposit is required for your stay, which is due with the final payment.

Laundry packages can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 to 10:00.
