Seaside House with Terrace and Garden – 300m from the Beach

Relax in this charming country house decorated in a coastal style. Just 300 m from the beach, it features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy all the comforts for a perfect holiday: Wi-Fi, plancha grill, sun loungers, and more.

The property is carefully prepared; we kindly ask you to respect the premises.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided as an option for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please:

- Leave the house tidy

- Wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty)

- Clean the hob and plancha

- Take out all rubbish and waste



Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.



Please send a message on the morning of your arrival to indicate your estimated arrival time.



Please do not subscribe to internet options (Prime, video on demand). If not respected, additional charges may apply.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are allowed under certain conditions; please contact the host via the booking platform.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and set out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
