Fully renovated, this 108 m² house accommodates up to 10 guests. It offers a warm atmosphere, cozy decor, and spacious areas designed for sharing real holiday moments with family or friends.



The property features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a welcoming living area with lounge and kitchen, plus a mezzanine converted into a sitting space. You’ll have Wi-Fi and parking spaces.



Beds are made up for your arrival. Cleaning and bath towels are available for an extra fee.



Outside, enjoy a veranda and an outdoor kitchen—perfect for meals, coming back from the beach, and relaxing.



The house is on rue des Bouchots, just steps from Bouchots Beach, in the Grière-Plage / Sainte-Anne area, close to the Belle Henriette nature reserve. The setting is loved for its seaside vibe, wide beaches, and preserved natural environment.
