The villa features high-speed WiFi for video calls, air conditioning in the living room with hot and cold air, heating in each room, smart televisions, video on demand, fans, washing machine, clothes dryer, and a coffee machine.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden and covered terrace, perfect for relaxing in the Canarian sunshine. The private outdoor heated pool features LED lights, a professional cover, and blue and grey finishes. You also have access to a private grill for outdoor dining.



Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Video and audio recording devices are present in non-private areas but can be stopped by folding the cover for complete privacy. Please note that events are not allowed on the property, and smoking is prohibited inside the house.



The villa is located facing Barcello hotel, very close to Shopping Rubicon mall and the local supermarket Super Dino, and near Papagayo beach and Marina Rubicon Harbour.
