Vacation Apartment 42 in the “Haus am Park” vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

This cozy vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor and, with a size of 53 m², offers plenty of space. From the covered balcony, you’ll enjoy a side view of the sea as well as a sweeping view of the park across the way. The Baltic Sea beach is only about 50 m away.

The living area features a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a spacious corner sofa bed (120 cm x 200 cm). From here, you can access the east-facing balcony.

A staircase leads up to the converted attic. Here, you’ll find a second cozy retreat with reading chairs and another flat-screen TV. From the skylight, you have a sweeping view over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn West as well as a partial view of the Baltic Sea. The attic features a second shower room/restroom with a spacious bathtub.

The adjacent open kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, and four ceramic cooktops. The kitchen is further equipped with a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave. The dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a closet. Curtains are provided for blackout.

The apartment features a tiled shower room/restroom with a hair dryer. Vinyl flooring has been installed throughout the apartment; the kitchen area is tiled.

A high chair and a portable crib are available for young guests.

Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The assigned underground parking space is located in the neighboring building “Meeresblick” (max. height 2.00 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available to guests for a fee.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern amenities, located right near the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.

Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
